Returns Policy

If goods received are damaged or faulty, we will replace those goods so long as they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are non-refundable.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit card information are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor on our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within two business days following payment in full. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you of when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to three days for delivery.

Courier companies are asking us to try and ship to business addresses to keep
costs down. Where possible, please use your business address to help us continually reduce delivery times and ensure you receive the best shipping rate.

Pricing 

Whilst every care is taken to keep our product pricing and shipping costs low, importing and exchange rates can increase our pricing structure without notice. We therefore reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and ommissions are to be excepted.
